NAJAASAT KA BAYAAN  Aur NAJIS CHEEZON KO PAAK KARNE KA TAREEQA 

HADEES NO. 1 :- 

SAHI BUKHARI wa MUSLIM me ASMAA BINTE ABOO BAKR RADIYALLAHU T’ALA ANHU se marwi ki ek aurat ne arz ki YA RASOOLULLAH SALLALLAHU T’ALA ALEIYHI WASALLAM Hum me jab kisi ko haiz ka khoon lag jaye to kya karein? 

Farmaya jab tumme se kisi ke kapde ko haiz ka khoon lag jaye to use khurche fir pani se dhoye tab usme namaaz padhe.

HADEES NO. 2:- 

MUSLIM SHAREEF me hai ki SIDDEEQA RADIYALLAHU T’ALA ANHA farmati hain ki main RASOOLULLAH SALLALLAHU T’ALA ALEIYHI WASALLAM ke kapdon se manee ko Mall Daalti fir HUZOOR us se namaaz padhte.

HADEES NO. 3 :- 

MUSLIM SHAREEF me ABDULLAH IBNE ABBAS RADIYALLAHU ANHUMA se marwi hai ki RASOOLULLAH SALLALLAHU T’ALA ALEIYHI WASALLAM farmate hain chamrha jab paka liya jaye to paak hai. 

HADEES NO. 4 :- 

IMAAME MAALIK UMMUL MOMINEEN SIDDEEQA RADIYALLAHU T’ALA ANHA se rawi hain ki Murdaar ki khaalein jab ki paka li jayein to unhe kaam me laya ja sakta hai.

HADEES NO. 5:- 

MAAME AHMAD wa ABOO DAAUD aur NASAI ne riwayat ki RASOOLULLAH SALLALLAHU T’ALA ALEIYHI WASALLAM ne Darindon ki khaal se manaa farmaya hai. 

HADEES NO. 6 :-

Dusri Riwayat me hai ki unke pahanne aur us par baithne se manaa farmaya hai.

Najaasat 2 qism ki hain 

ek woh jiska hukm sakht hai usko galeeza kahte hain. Dusri Woh jiska hukm halka hai use khafeefa kahte hain,

Mas,ala :-

Najaasate galeeza ka hukm yeh hai ki agar kapde ya badan me ek dirham se zyada lag jaye to uska paak karna farz hai agar be-paak kiye Namaaz to hogi hi nahi aur agar jaanboojh kar pahhi to gunaah bhi hua..Aur agar istikhfaaf (halka samajhna) ki niyat se ki to kufr hai,

Aur agar dirham ke barabar hai to paak karna wajib hai agar be-paak kiye Namaaz padhi to makroohe tahreemi hui yani aisi namaaz ka loutana wajib hai aur jaanboojh kar padhi to Gunahgaar bhi hua agar dirham se kam hai to paak karna sunnat hai ki Be-Paak kiye Namaaz ho gai lekin sunnat ke khilaaf hai aur uska loutana behtar hai, 

Mas,ala :-

Agar Najaasat Gaadhi hai jaise pakhane leeed ya gobar to dirham ke barabar ya kam ya zyada ke ma’ana yeh hai ki wajan me us ke barabar ya kam ya zyada ho aur dirham ho aur dirham ka wajan is jagah shariat me saadhe 4 maashe aur zakaat me 3 masha 1.5 (one half) ratti hai aur agar patli hai jaise aadmi ka peshab aur sharab to dirham se murad uski lambaai churhaai hai aur shariat ne uski miqdaar hatheli ke gahraai ke barabar bataai yani hatheli khub faila kar barbabar rakhe aur us par aahista se itna pani daalein ki us se zyada pani na rook sake ab pani ka jitna failaaw hai utna badha dirham samajha jaye aur uski miqdaar taqreeban yahan (India) ke rupye ke barbar hai. 

Mas,ala :-

Najis tel kapde par gira aur us waqt dirham ke barabar na tha fir fail kar dirham ke barabar ho gaya to us me Aalimon ko bahut iktelaaf hai lekin tarjeeh is baat ki hai ki paak karna wajib ho gaya, 

Mas,ala :-

Najaasate Khafeefa ka yeh hukm hai ki kapde ke jis hisse ya badan ke jis uzw me najaasat lagi hai agar uske chouthai se kam hai (jaise daamam me lagi hai ti daaman ki 4thaai se kam)

Aastin me lagi hai to aastin ke 4thaai se kam aur aise hi hath me lagi ho to hath ke 4thaai se kam) to muaaf hai ki namaaz ho jayegi aur pura 4thaai me hai to be-dhoye namaaz na hogi, 

Mas,ala :-

Najaasate Galeeza aur Khafeefa ke Alag Alag hukm bataye gaye hain yeh usi waqt hain ki badan ya kapde me lagein aur agar kisi patli cheez jaise pani ya sirke me gire to chaahe galeeza ho ya khafeefa kul Napaak ho jayega agarche ek Qatra gire jab tak woh patli cheez kasrat ki had par yani dah-dar-dah na ho,

Dah-dar-dah ka matlab yeh hai ki lambaai 10 hath aur chourhaai 10 hath ho aur gahraai itni ho ki zameen na khule,

Mas,ala :-

Insan ke jism se aisi cheez nikale ki us se gusl ya wuzoo wajib ho najaasate galeeza hai jaise peshaab, pakhana, bahta khoon, peep, bhar muh qai, haiz, nifaas, istihaza ka khoon, manee, mazee, wadee. 

Mas,ala :-

Shaheede fiqhi (yani woh shaheed jise gusl nahi diya jata) uska khoon jab tak uske badan se juda na ho paak hai, 

Mas,ala :- Dukhti aankho se jo ani nikale najaasate galeeza hai yuin hi naaf pistaan se dard ke sath jo pani nikla najaasate galeeza hai. 

Mas,ala :-

Balgami Ratoobat naak ya muh se Nikale najis nahi Agarche pet se charhe ya beemari ke sabab ho, 

Mas,ala :-

Doodh peete ladke ladki ka peshab najaasate galeeza hai yeh jo aksar aawam mash,hoor ki doodh peete bache ka peshab paak hai bilkul galat hai, 

Mas,ala :-

Doodh peene wale bache ne doodh daal diya agar bhar muh hai to najaasate galeeza hai. (Bahare shariat /Hissa 2, page 110-111)

Mas,ala :- Chhipkali ya girgir ka khoon najaasate galeez hai,

Mas,ala :-Angoor ka shira kapde par padha to agarche kai din guzar jaye kapda paak hai,

Mas,ala :-Hathi ke sund ki rutubat aur shair, kutte, cheete aur dusre darinde choupya ka luaab (thook) najaasate galeeza hai,

Mas,ala :- Jis jaanwar ka gosht halaal hai jaise Gaay, Bhains, Bail, Bakri aur

Uont wagairah unka peshab aur ghode ka peshab aur jis parinde ka gosht haraam hai chahe shikari hon ya nahi jaise kawwa, cheel, shikara,baaz, aur bahri uski beet najaasate khafeefa hai,

Mas,ala :-Jo parind halaal unche udte hain jaise kabootar, maina, murgabi aur qaaz unki beet paak hai,

Mas,ala :-Har choupaye ki jugaali ka wahi hukm hai jo uske pakhane ka hai,

Mas,ala :-Har jaanwar ke pitte ka wahi hukm hai jo uske peshab ka hai,haraam jaanwaron ka pitta najaasate galeeza aur halaal jaanwaron ka najaasate khafeefa hai, 

Mas,ala :- Agar najaasate galeeza khafeefa se mil jaye to kul galeeza hai,

Mas,ala :-Machli aur pani ke dusre jaanwaron aur khatmal aur machchhar ka khoon aur gadhe ka luaab aur paseena paak hai,

Mas,ala :-Peshab ki nihaayat bareek chhinte sui ke nok ke barabar ki badan ya kapde par padh jayein to kapda aur badan paak rahega,

Mas,ala :-Jis kapde par aisi hi peshab ki bareek chhinte padh gai agar woh kapda pani me padh gaya to pani bhi napaak na hoga, 

Mas,ala :-Jo khoon zakhm se baha na ho woh paak hai, 

Mas,ala :-Gosht, tilli aur kaleji me jo khoon baqi rah gaya paak hai aur agar yeh cheez bahte hue khoon me sann jaye to napaak hai, bagair dhoye paak na hogi.  (Bahare shariat/Hissa 2, page 112)

Mas,ala :-Jo Bachcha paida ho usko god me le kar Namaaz padhi Agarche usko Gusl de liya ho Namaaz na hogi aur agar zinda paida ho kar mar gaya aur be-Nahlaaye God me le kar Namaaz padhi jab bhi nahi hogi, 

Haan Agar Usko Gusl de kar god me liya tha to ho jayegi magar mustahab ke khilaaf hai, 

Yeh baatein us waqt hai ki Musalmaan ka Bachcha ho aur Kafir ka Murda Bachcha hai to kisi haal me Namaaz na hogi gusl diya ho ya na diya ho, 

Mas,ala :-Agar Namaaz padhi aur jeb Wagairah me shishi hai aur usme peshan ya khoon ya sharab hai to Namaaz na hogi aur jeb me anda hai aur uski zardi khoon ho chuki hai to Namaaz ho jayegi, 

Mas,ala :-Rooi ka kapda Udheda gaya aur uske andar chuha sukha hua mila to agar usme suraakh hai to 3 din raaton ko namaaz loutaye aur na ho to jitni Namaazein us se padhi hain sab ko loutaye, 

Mas,ala :-Kisi kapde ya badan par chand jagah Najaasate galeeza lagi aur kisi jagah dirham ke barabar nahi magar sabko mila kar dirham ke barabar hai to dirham ke barabar samajhi jayegi aur zyada hai to zyada aur najaasate khafeefa me bhi majmua’a (kul) par hi hukm hai..

Mas,ala :-Haraam Jaanwar ka Doodh najis hai albatta ghodi ka doodh paak hai magar khana jaiz nahi, 

Chuhe ki Mengni genhoo me pis gai ya tel me padh gai to aata aur tel paak hai aur haan agar maze me farq aa jaye to najis hai aur roti ke andar mili to uske aas paas se thodi si alag kar dein baqi me harz nahi, 

Mas,ala :-Resham ke kide ki beet aur uska pani paak hai. (Bahare Shariyat/Hissa 2, page 112)

Mas,ala :-Napaak kapde me paak kapda ya Paak Kapde me napaak kapda lapeta aur us napaak kapde se yeh paak kapda nam ho gaya to napaak na hoga basharte ki Najaasat ka Rang aur Boo us paak kapde me zahir na ho warna Nam hone se bhi napaak ho jayega, 

Haan Agar Bheeg jaye to napaak ho jayega aur yeh usi soorat me hai ki woh napaak kapda pani se tar hua ho aur agar peshab ya sharab se taree usme hai to paak kapda nam ho jane se bhi napaak ho jayega aur agar napaak kapda sukha tha aur paak tarr tha aur us paak kapde ki taree se napaak kapda tar ho gaya aur us napaak ki itni taree lagi ki us se chhut kar us paak ko lagi to yeh napaak ho gaya warna nahi,

Mas,ala :-Bheege hue pani Najis zameen ya Bichhoune par rakhe to napaak na honge agarche paao,n ki taree ka us par dhabba maloom ho, 

Haan Agar us Zameen ya Bichhoune ko itni taree pahunchi ki uski taree paao,n ko lagi to paao,n Najis ho jayenge, 

Mas,ala :-Bheegi hui Napaak Zameen ya Najis ya Bichhoune par sukhehue paao,n rakhe aur paao,n me taree aa gai to najis ho gaye ar seel hai to nahi, 

Mas,ala :-Jis jagah ko Gobar se lesaa aur woh sukh gai to Bheega kapda us par Rakhne se Najis na hoga jab tak ki Taree use itni na pahunche ki us se chhut kar kapde ko lage, 

Mas,ala:-Najis kapda pahan kar ya najis bichhoune par soya aur paseena aaya aur paseene se kapde ki woh napaak jagah bheeg gai fir us se badan tar ho gaya to napaak ho gaya warna nahi, 

Mas,ala :- napaak cheez par hawaa ho kar guzri aur badan ya kapde ko lagi to napaak na hoga, 

Mas,ala :-Miyaani tar thi aur hawaa nikali to kapda najis na hoga, 

Mas,ala : Napaak Cheez ka dhuaa,n kapde ya badan ko lage to napaak nahi aise hi napaak cheez ko jalaane se jo dhuaa,n uthe unse bhi najis na hoga agarche unke kapde bheeg jaye 

haan agar najaasat ka asar usme zahit ho to najis ho jayega.Koi najis cheez Dah-dar-dah pani me fenki aur us fenke ki wajah se pani ki chhinte kapde par padi to kapda napaak na hoga,

Haan agar Maloom ho ki yeh chhinte us najis ki hain to is soorat me najis ho jayega,

Mas,ala :-Agar pakhane par makkhiyaan udh kar kapde par baithi to kapda najis na hoga, 

Mas,ala :-Raste ka kichadh paak hai jab tak uska najis hona na maloom to agar paao,n ya kapde me lagi aur be-dhoye padh li to ho gai magar dho lena behtar hai,

Mas,ala :-Sadak par Pani Chhirhka jaa raha tha aur zameen se chhinte udh kar kapde par padhi to kapda najis na hua magar dho lena behtar hai, 

Mas,ala :-Aadmi ki khaal Agarche nakhoon barabar thode pani (yani dah-dar-dar se kam) pad jaye to woh pani napaak ho gaya aur khud gir jaye napaak nahi,

Mas,ala :-Peshab pakhane ke baad dhele se Istinjaa kar liya fir us jagah se paseena nikal kar kapde ya badan par laga to badan aur kapde napaak na honge,

Mas,ala :-Agar paak mitti me napaak pani milaya to najis ho gai, 

Mas,ala :-Agar paak Mitti me Napaak bhusa milaya to agar thoda ho to paak hai aur jo zyada ho jab tak sukh na jaye napaak hai, 

Mas,ala :-Kutta badan ya kapde se chhoo na jaye to agarche uska jism tar ho badan aur kapda paak hai haan agar uske badan par najaasat lagi ho to aur baat hai aur agar uska luaab (thook) lage napaak kar dega, 

Mas,ala :-Kutta wagaira kisi aise jaanwar ne jiska luaab napaak hai aate me muh daala to agar aata gondha hua tha to jahan tak uska muh pada usko alag kar dein aur baqi paak hai aur sukha ho to jitna tar ho gaya use fenk dein, 

Mas,ala :-Istemaal kiya hua pani paak hai aur Nousdaar bhi paak hai, 

Mas,ala :-Suwar ke Alawa tamaam jaanwar ki haddi jis par murdaar ki chiknaai na lagi ho paak aur uske baal aur daant bhi paak hain, 

Mas,ala :-Aurat ke peshab ki jagah se jo ratoobat nikale paak hai, agar kapde ya badan me lage to dhona zaroori nahi haan behtar hai, 

Mas,ala :- jo gosht sadd gaya aur usme se badboo paida ho gai uska khana haraam hai agarche najis nahi.  (Bahare shariat /Hissa 2, page 114-115)

NAJIS CHEEZON KO PAAK KARNE KA TAREEQA 

Jo cheezein Aisi hain ki woh khud najis hain jinko Napaaki ya Najaasat kahte hain jaise sharab ya galeez cheez, 

Aisi Cheezein jab tak apne asl ko chhiorh kar kuch aur na ho jayein paak nahi ho sakti, 

Sharaab jab tak sharab hai Najis hi rahegi aur sirka ho jaye to ab paak hai, 

Mas ,ala :-Jis bartan me shraab thi aur shirkaa ho gai to woh bartan bhi Andar se utna paak ho gaya jahan tak us waqt sirkaa hai, Agar bartan ke muh par sharab ki chhinte padi thi aur woh sukh gai to woh chhinton wali jagah sharab ke sirka hone se paak na hogi, Yuin hi Agar sharab muh tak bhari thi fir kuch gir gai ki bartan thodi khaali ho gaya, Uske baad sirka hui to yeh bartan ke upar ka hissa jo pahle napaak ho chuka tha paak na hoga, Agar sirka us se uledhaa jaye to woh sirka bhi napaak ho jayega q ki bartan ke upar ka hissa napaak hai, 

Hasn agar chamcha Wagairah se nikal liya jaye to paak hai aur agar pyaaj lahsoon sharaab me padh jaye to sirka hone ke baad paak ho gaye, 

Mas,ala :-Sharaab me chuha gir kar fool fatt gaya to sirka hone ke baad bhi paak na hoga aur agar foola fata nahi tha to agar sirka hone se pahle nikaal kar fenk diya uske baad sirka hui to paak hai aur agar sirka hone ke baad nikaal kar fenka to sirka bhi napaak hai, 

Mas,ala :-Sharaab me peshab ka qatra gir gaya ya kutte ne muh daal diya ya napaak sirka mila diya to sirka hone ke baad bhi haraam aur najis hai. (Bahare shariat /Hissa 2, 116)

Mas,ala :-Musalmaan ke liye sharab ka khareedna,Mangna, Uthana ya rakhna haraam hai Agarche Sirke rakhne ki niyat se ho, 

Mas,ala : Najis jaanwar namak ki khaan me gir kar namak ho gaya to woh namak paak aur halaal hai, 

Mas,ala :-Uple ki Raakh paak hai aur agar raakh hone se pahle bujh gaya to napaak hai, 

Mas,ala :-Jo cheezein zaati tour par najis nahi balki kisi najaasat ke lagne se napaak hui uske paak karne ke mukhtaleef tareeqe hain, 

Pani aur har bahne wali cheez se (jis se najaasat door ho jaye) dho kar najis cheez paak kar sakte hain jaise sirka gulaab ki unse Najaasat door kar sakte hain to kapda ya badan un se dho kar paak kar sakte hain, 

FAAIDA :- Bagair zaroorat gulaab wa sirke wagaira se paak karna najaaiz hai is liye ki fuzool kharchi he.

Mas,ala :-Istemaal kiya hua pani ya chaay (tea) se dhoye to paak ho jayega, 

Mas,ala :-Thook se agar najaasat door ho jaye to paak ho jayega jaise bachche ne doodh pee kar pistan par qaiy ki fir kai baar doodh piya yahan tak ki uska asar jata raha to paak ho gaya, 

Mas,ala :-Doodh, Shorba Aur Tel se dhone se paak na hoga ki unse najaasat door na hogi, 

Mas,ala :-Najaasat Agar Daldaar ho (Jaise Pakhana, Gobar aur khoon wagaira) to dhone me ginti ki koi shart nahi balki usko door karna zaroori hai tab paak hoga to agar ek baar dhone se napaaki door ho jayega to ek hi martaba dhone se paak ho jayega aur agar 4-5 baar dhone se paak hoga to 4-5 baar dhona padega 

haan agar 3 martaba se kam dhone se najaasat door ho jaye to 3 baar pura kar lena mustahab hai, 

Mas,ala :-Agar Najaasat door ho gai magar kuch asar Rang ya boo baqi hai to use bhi door karna zaroori hai, 

Haan Agar uska asar mushkil se jaye to asar door karne ki zaroorat nahi 3 baar dho liya paak ho gaya, saabun khataai ya garm pani se dhone ki zaroorat nahi.  (Bahare shariat /Hissa 2, page 116-117)

Mas,ala :-Kapde ya hath me najis rang laga ya Napaak Mehendi lagaai to itni baar dhoye ki saaf pani girne lage to paak ho jayega agarche kadpe par rang baqi ho, 

Mas,ala :-Zaafran ya Rang kapde Rangne ke liye ghola tha usme kisi bachche ne peshab kar diya ya aur koi najaasat pad gai to us rang se kapda rang liya to 3 baar kapda dho le paak ho jayega,

Mas,ala :-Godna ki sui chubho kar us jagah surma bhar dete hain to khoon itna nikalta hai ki bahne ke Qaabil ho to zahir hai ki woh khoon napaak hai aur surma jo us par dala gaya woh bhi napaak ho gaya fir us jagah ko dho dale paak ho jaayegi agarche napaak surme ka rang bhi baqi rahe yuin hi zakhm me raakh bhar di fir dho le to paak ho gaya agarche rang baqi ho,

Mas,ala :-Kapde ya badan me napaak tel laga tha to 3 baar dho lene se paak ho jayega Agarche tel ki chiknaai moujood ho is takalluf ki zaroorat nahi ki saabun ya garm pani se dhoye lekin agar murdaar ki charbi lagi hi to jab tal uski chiknaai na jaye paak na hoga, 

Mas,ala :-Agar Najaasat patli ho to 3 baar dhone aur 3 baar zor se nichorhne se paak hoga aur zor se nichorhne ka matlab yeh ki woh shakhs apni taaqat bhar is tarah nichorhe ki agar fir nichorhe to us se koi qatra na tapke agar kapde ka khayaal karke achi tarah nahi nichorha to paak na hoga, 

Mas,ala :-Agar Dhone wale ne achi tarah nichorh liya magar abhi aisa hai ki koi dusra shakhs jo taaqat me us se zyada nichorhe to ek 2 boond tapak sakti hai to dhone wale ke haq me paak aur is dusre ke haq me napaak hai is dusre ki taaqat ka aitebaar nahi hai.

Haan Agar yeh dhota aur usi Qadr Nichorhta to paak na hota, 

Mas,ala :- Pehli aur dusri baar nichorhne ke baad hath paak kar lena zaroori hai aur jo kapde me itni taree rah gai ki nichorhne se ek aadh boond tapakegi to kapda aur hath 2no napaak hain. (Bahare shariat /Hissa 2, page 117)

Mas,ala :-Pahli ya dusri baar hath paak nahi kiya aur uske taree se kapde ka paak hissa bheeg gaya to yeh bhi napaak ho gaya fir agar pahli baar nichorhne ke baad bheega hai to use 2 baar dhona zaroori hai aur dusri baar hath ki taree se bheega to ek baar dhoya jaye, 

Yuin hi agar us kapde se jo ek baar dho kar nichorh liya gaya hai koi paak kapda bheeg jaye to yeh dusra kapda 2 baar dhoya jaye aur agar dusri baar nichorhne ke baad us se yeh kapda bheega to ek baar dhone se paak ho jayega, 

Mas,ala :-Kapde ko 3 baar dho kar har baar khub nichorh liya hai ki ab na tapakega fir latka diya aur us se pani tapka to yeh pani paak hai aur agar khub nahi nichrha tha to yeh pani napaak hai, 

Mas,ala :-Doodh peete ladke aur ladki ka ek hi hukm hai ki unka peshab kapde ya badan par laga hai to 3 baar dhona aur nichorhna padega, 

Mas,ala :-Jo cheez Nichorhne ke qaabil nahi hai (jaise chataai, bartan aur joota wagaira) usko dho kar chhhorh de ki pani tapakna ruk jaye 

yuin hi 2 martaba aur dhoye, 3sri martaba jab pani tapakna band ho gaya to woh cheez paak ho gai, Use har baar dho kar sukhana zaroori nahi, 

yuin hi jo kapda nazuk hone ki wajah se nichorhne ke qaabil nahi use bhi aise hi paak kiya jaye, 

Mas,ala :-Agar aisi cheez ho ki usme najaasat zajb na hui jaise chini ke bartan ya mitti ka puraana istemaali chikna bartan ya lohe taanbe peetal wagaira ki cheezein to use sirf 3 baar dho lena kaafi hai iski bhi zaroorat nahi ki use itni der chhorh de ki pani tapakna ruk jayein, 

Mas,ala :-Naapaak bartan ko mitti se maanjh lena behtar hai, 

Mas,ala :-Pakaya hua chamrha agar napaak ho gaya to agar use nichorh sakta hai to nichorh de nahi ti 3 baar dhoye aur har baar itni der chhorh de ki pani tapakna band ho jaye. (Bahare shariat /Hissa 2, 118-119)

Mas,ala :-Aaina aur shishe ki tamaam cheezein aur chini ke bartan ya mitti ke rogani bartan ya polish ki hui lakdi garaz ki woh tamaam cheezein jinme suraakh na hon kapde ya patte se is qadr ponchh li jayein ki najaasatka asar bilkul jata rahe to paak ho jati hai, 

Mas,ala :-Manee agar kapde me lag kar sukh jaye to sirf mal kar jhadhne aur saaf karne se kapda paak ho jayega agarche uska kuch asar kapde me baqi rah jaye is mas,ale me AuraT, Mard, Insan, Haiwaan, Tandrust aur jiryaan ke mareez sab ki manee ka ek hi hukm hai, 

Mas,ala :-Badan me agar manee lag jaye to bhi isi tarah paak ho jayega,

Mas,ala :-Agar peshab karke pani ya dhele se tahaarat na ki aur manee us jagah par guzri jahan peshab laga hua hai to yeh malne se paak na hogi balki dhona zaroori hai aur agar tahaarat kar chuka tha ya manee jast karke yani kood kar nikali ki us najaasat ki jagah par na guzari tto malne se paak ho jayegi, 

Mas,ala :-Jis Kapde ko mal kar paak kar liya agar woh pani se bheeg jaye to napaak na hoga, 

Mas,ala :-Agar manee kapde me lagi hai aur ab tak tarr hai to dhone se paak hoga malna kaafi nahi 

yani jab manee sukh jaye to mal kar paak kar sakte hain aur tarr hone ki haalat me kapda ya badan paak karna hai to dhona zaroori hai.

Mas,ala :-Chamrhe ya moze ya joote me daldaar najaasat lagi jaise pakhana gobar ya manee to agarche woh najaasat tarr ho khurachne ya ragadhne se paak ho jayega, 

Mas,ala :-Aur peshab ki tarah koi patli najaasat chamrhe wale joote ya chamrhe wale moze me lagi ho aur us par mitti ya retaa ya raakh daal kar ragadh daalein jab bhi paak ho jayegi aur agar aisa na kiya yahan tak ki najaasat sukh gai to ab be-dhoye paak na hogi, (Bahare shariat /Hissa 2, page 121-122)

Mas,ala :- Agar napaak zameen sukh jaye aur najaasat ka asar yani rang aur boo jati rahe to paak ho jayegi chaahe woh hawaa se sukhi ho ya dhoop ya aag se magar us se tayammum karna jaiz nahi albatta us par namaaz padh sakte hain, 

Mas,ala :- Jis kuwe,n me pani napaak ho aur woh kuwaa,n sukh jaye to paak ho jayega, 

Mas,ala :-Ped, Poudhe, Ghaas, Deewaar aur aisi eet jo zameen me jarhi ho sukhne ke baad paak ho jati hain, 

Isi tarah Napaak darakht ya napaak ghaas sukhne se pahle kaat li to paak karne ke liye dhona zaroori nahi hai, 

Mas,ala :-Agar patthar aisa ho ki zameen se judaa na ho sake to khushk (sukha) hone se paak hai nahi to dhone ki zaroorat nahi hai, 

Mas,ala :-Chakki ka patthar sukh jane se paak ho jayega, 

Mas,ala :-Kankari jo zameen ke upar hai sukhne se paak na hogi aur jo zameen me chipki hui ho woh zameen ke hukm me hai. (Bahare shariat /Hissa 2, page 122)

Mas,ala :-Jo cheez zameen se lagi hui thi Aur najis ho gai fir sukhne ke baad alag ki gai to ab paak hi hai, 

Mas,ala :-Agar kisi ne napaak mitti se bartan banaye to jab tak kachche hain napaak hain lekin pakaane ke baad paak ho jayenge, 

Mas,ala :-Tandoor ya Tawe par napaak pani ka chhinta daala aur aanch se uski taree jati rahi ab usme jo roti pakaai paak hai, 

Mas,ala :-Uple jalaa kar khana pakane ko log makrooh kahte hain magar aisa nahi hai balki uple jalaa kar khana pakana jaaiz hai, Jo cheez sukhne ya rag adhne se paak ho gai uske baad bheeg gai to napaakna hogi. (Bahare shariat /Hissa 2, 122-123)

Mas,ala :-Darinde ki khaal agarche paka li gai ho, Na to us par baithna chahiye aue na us par namaaz padhna chahiye q ki is se mizaaz me sakhti aur guroor paida hota hai, 

Bakri aur mende ki khaal par baitne aur pahan ne se mizaaz me narmi aur aazizee paida hoti hai, 

Kutte ki khaal agarche (chahe) paka li gai ho ya zabah kar liya gaya ho istimaal me nahi lana chahiye ki imaamon ka is me ikhtilaaf aur logon ko nafrat hai is liye is se bachna hi thik hai, 

Mas,ala :-Rooi ka agar itna hissa najis hai ki us ke dhunne se udh jane ka sahi guman ho to rooi dhunne se paak ho jayegi nahi to bina dhoye paak na hogi, 

Haan agar yeh pata na ho ki rooi kitni najis hai to bhi dhunne se paak ho jayegi, 

Mas,ala :-Galla jab pair me ho aur us ko nikalte waqt belo ne us par peshab kiya to agar galla chand shareekon me taqseem hua ya us me se mazdoori di gai ya khairat ki to sab paak ho gaya aur galla sab ka sab usi tarah moujood hai to napaak hai agar us me se is qadr dho kar paak kar lein ki jisme yeh ehtemaal (shak) ho sake ki is se zyada najis na hoga to sab paak ho jayega, 

Mas,ala :-Raanga aur sheesha pighalne se paak ho jata hai, 

Mas,ala :-Jame hue Ghee me chuha gir kar mar gaya to chuhe ke aas paas ka ghee nikaal daalein baqi sab paak hai use khaa sakte hain aur agar patla hai to sab napaak ho gaya uska khana jaaiz nahi albatta use aise kaam me la sakte hain ki jisme najis cheez ka istemaal manaa na hon aur tel ka bhi yehi hukm hai.
